“I had never catered a party before. I always did all the work myself and always missed spending time visiting with my guests. When my daughter graduated from college I vowed that this would not be the case. I called Joy Romey and she created a great Mexican food menu that was perfect for the occasion. She took the time to plan out all the details ahead of time and on party day the staff came early and set everything up beautifully. They monitored, filled, freshened and kept the buffet table looking good from the first guest to the last. When the party was over everything was cleaned up and packed up in a jiffy. I’m completely spoiled now and won’t have another important event without calling Joy first.”
